Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of solid working experience preferably in vetting and controlling the tenancy fit-out / reinstatement works / technical feasibility study on leasing activities / assisting tenants to meet licensing requirements.
- Handle pre-handover / takeover inspection and procedures.
- Well familiar with building regulations and related statutory submission requirements and procedures.
- With strong commercial sense and solid working experience in building consultancy / project management of Asst Enhancement / Building Services works / A&A works in shopping centers or office buildings would be an advantage.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Building Services Engineering / Facilities Management or related discipline.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Knowledge in PC / AutoCAD applications.
- Candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Project Officer
