Leasing
Senior Project Officer / Project Officer - Tenancy Works HSPM/2024/SPO-1

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid working experience preferably in vetting and controlling the tenancy fit-out / reinstatement works / technical feasibility study on leasing activities / assisting tenants to meet licensing requirements.
  • Handle pre-handover / takeover inspection and procedures.
  • Well familiar with building regulations and related statutory submission requirements and procedures.
  • With strong commercial sense and solid working experience in building consultancy / project management of Asst Enhancement / Building Services works / A&A works in shopping centers or office buildings would be an advantage.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Building Services Engineering / Facilities Management or related discipline.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge in PC / AutoCAD applications.
  • Candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Project Officer
